Bible Senders.org, Bible Senders.com & Bible Senders.net started as a "Grass Roots" Not for Profit group and has grown into a worldwide ministry! We are the Middleman and we do exactly what the name and our Mission Statement implies, we send bibles to anyone who asks anywhere in the world for FREE! Is Bible Senders a Non-Profit Company... Yes. Bible Senders was founded in March of 2008 by my wife, Theresa, and myself and was funded by our jobs and the weekly faithful offerings of our 19 year old daughter and 12 year old son. As the success of Bible Senders increased and the amount of free bibles we gave away grew 100 fold, the costs naturally grew as well. Today, Bible Senders is still supported by the original four members but has grown to include faithful weekly offerings from our Bible Study Group, Church Members, Speaking Engagements, Support from our Partners and donations from people like you. Thank God people who have heard about the Bible Senders Ministry are stepping up to the challenge in finding bibles and donating the additional funds to send them. While requests for bibles currently out number the available bibles we have on hand approximately 125 to 1, we know that God shall supplies all of our needs (Philippians 4:19). Where do the bibles come from... How does this all happen, you might ask, well it is actually fairly simple. We collect bibles from anywhere and everywhere, garage sales, used book stores, new book stores, speaking at churches and church bible drives from around the country, people we know but most of the bibles come from people we don't know... people like you and churches like yours. How can I support Bible Senders...... There are many ways you can support Bible Senders! You can do it by sending us new, used or old bibles, by supporting Freedom Voicemail, by putting a link from your site to the Bible Sender website, by making a one time donation, by becoming a partner, and most importantly, by your prayers. Bible Senders.org is a Non-Denominational, Spirit Filled Christian organization and believes that anyone who worships the GOD of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and believes that Jesus is their Messiah, the Way, the Truth and the Light, is a brother and a sister (it's in the handbook). While personally we believe in the infilling of the Holy Spirit and the vigorous exercise of ALL the gifts of the Spirit (also in the book), we also believe that it doesn't matter if you are Lutheran, Methodist, Catholic, Baptist, Pentecostal, Charismatic, Calvary Chapel, Presbyterian or Anglican (if we left you out of the list, sorry, we didn't mean to offend you). In reality, there is only One True Church, One True GOD, One Way and His name is Jesus. . The Bottom Line: You are saved by Grace. Since we are a Not for Profit organization, we can not pay for the shipping from your house to our storage facility. Shipping needs to be paid by you. When we get the bibles we go through them to make sure they are intact before we give them away. We currently have a 98% success rate and as long as people don't send us torn, duct taped and unreadable bibles, we intend to keep it that way. To Clarify: Please, did we mention do not send us your torn and worn out bibles so you could feel like you did something good for GOD. If you are going to give, make it count in this world and the next and give with your heart, give your "BEST". Just wanted to make sure you heard us... Where does Bible Senders send the bibles... To-date, we have shipped, mailed or hand delivered your donated bibles to Ghana, Nigeria, Uganda, Zambia, Cote d'Ivoire, South Africa, West Africa, Liberia, Kenya, Cameroon, Ethiopia, Philippines, Indonesia, Borneo, Fiji, India, Guatemala, Chile, Argentina, Peru, Brazil, Nicaragua, Panama, Costa Rica, U.K, Sweden, Ireland, Scotland, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, throughout the old and new Russian Federation, Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East, here in North America and by putting them into the hands of missionaries, your bibles have found their way into countries that we don't even know of. Some of your bibles have found their way into prisons, street ministries, people leading bible study groups, people attending bible study groups, inner city recreation centers, Youth Centers, Christian Birthing Centers, seminary students and your typical everyday person ranging from non-believers looking for an answer to seasoned veterans. What if someone wants to scam the system... OK, the actual question is, "what if someone can actually afford a bible and requests for Bible Senders to send them a free bible" or requests a "Free" bible so they can sell it.
